Space and Distance was created as a super graphic for Joliet Junior College for the Math Department. I developed a concept that uses space imagery and planetary distance to visually represent mathematical thinking and exploration. The design incorporates formulas alongside planets and spatial elements, emphasizing how math helps us understand the scale and structure of the universe. This approach creates a connection between abstract equations and real-world application. This solution is effective because it transforms mathematical concepts into a visually engaging experience, inspiring curiosity and helping students see the relevance of math in understanding the world around them.
